From February 20 to 28, The Valley hosted its in-house 'জমিতে বিনিয়োগ, লাভজনক ভবিষ্যত' fair—an event that saw remarkable engagement and enthusiastic participation. Located along the Dhaka-Mawa Expressway, The Valley once again proved its reputation as a reliable and rewarding investment destination. The fair offered ready-to-build 3, 4, and 5 Katha plots with significant financial incentives, including ৳2,00,000 discount per Katha, convenient long-term EMI options, and attractive gift packages for new bookings.

Beyond the core offerings, the event included a thoughtful cultural addition: a traditional Pitha Utsob, presented as a surprise to our guests. The celebration was designed as a homage to rural heritage, with a village fair-inspired setting that created a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Without prior announcement, the Pitha Utsob was revealed to attendees upon arrival, adding an element of delight to the experience.

A thoughtfully curated selection of traditional savory and sweet dishes—including classic pithas, regional specialties, fruits, and desserts—was served with attention to variety and detail, ensuring every guest found something familiar, comforting, and memorable.

The success of the fair went beyond bookings. It brought people together, created lasting impressions, and reinforced The Valley’s vision: to offer not only valuable investment opportunities but also memorable, community-focused experiences.
